Estar\u00e1 compuesto por un tutor supervisor y <strong>coaches<\/strong> en formaci\u00f3n procedentes del <a title=\"M\u00e1ster en Alto Rendimiento y Coaching Deportivo\" href=\"https:\/\/isep.com\/mx\/cursos\/cursos-educacion-maestrias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e1ster en Alto Rendimiento y Coaching Deportivo <\/a>del Instituto. El trabajo a realizar ser\u00e1 tanto a nivel grupal en las distintas categor\u00edas del club e individual siempre que as\u00ed lo requiera el entrenador.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo del departamento ser\u00e1 el de <strong>mejorar el rendimiento<\/strong> en el terreno de juego, el nivel de concentraci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo en las categor\u00edas superiores. Y en las inferiores, ayudar a entender el deporte como una actividad para disfrutar y crecer como personas. ISEP se ha marcado la meta de ofrecer un coach por equipo y <strong>ayuda psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong> en todos los partidos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->La intervenci\u00f3n del <strong>coach<\/strong> en clubes como el Deportivo Oliver es transversal, atendiendo de forma conjunta y siguiendo una misma l\u00ednea de actuaci\u00f3n a jugadores, t\u00e9cnicos, familiares de los jugadores (sobre todo de las categor\u00edas inferiores, con futbolistas menores de edad) y directivos.<\/p>\n<p>Aprende m\u00e1s sobre el M\u00e1ster en Alto Rendimiento y Coaching Deportivo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISEP firma un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Club Deportivo Oliver para crear un departamento de psicolog\u00eda deportiva.
