Recently, our general director Marc Gaja held an interview with our friends at Cursos y Carreras. In it, Marc spoke about the challenges and objectives of our institution, especially in the context of high demand for distance or virtual educational options.
He also explained the benefits and advantages of non-face-to-face education modalities, which are becoming increasingly important in a world interconnected by technology:
Has virtual replaced classes? The answer is yes, virtuality has replaced in-person due to the current situation. Considering positive aspects, this educational model has enabled both students and teachers to adapt to new forms of teaching and learning…
It’s not just about the students
On the other hand, Marc highlighted the advantages that the online education model also offers to the academic staff:
…we have male and female professors from different countries thanks to the work modality (online)…This modality has led them to a process of constant updating in online teaching-learning methods.
Of course, this has involved significant challenges in terms of adapting programs and implementing them on digital platforms.

Universidad ISEP’s 360° Methodology
Our director took the opportunity to highlight the advantages of our 360° Methodology, which consists of transferring all the strengths of face-to-face education (such as real-time participation) to a virtual environment:
The dynamic pedagogical model proposed by Universidad ISEP is based on communication and interaction. Students have communication tools available through Universidad ISEP’s Virtual Campus (discussion forums for exchanging information and opinions, internal mail to communicate with their tutor, etc.) as well as a series of digital materials and multimedia resources to optimize the students’ learning experience throughout the course
