Jessica Monserrath Saavedra had a clear goal: professional growth.
As a teacher, she knew that specializing was key to providing better care for her students with language and speech pathologies. However, finding an institution that gave her the necessary confidence was not an easy task.
“I was looking for several universities until Universidad ISEP generated the confidence I needed,” shares Jessica, a graduate of the Master’s in Pathology. The review of its validity before the SEP, positive comments, and administrative support made the difference and convinced her to take the step.
Like many people seeking self-improvement, the path was not without challenges.
“Even though I have my own time, I also have responsibilities at home and with my family. I am a teacher and never stopped working, so I had to stay up a bit late to complete my exams and assignments,” she confesses. But far from giving up, she had fundamental support: her family, who were with her through every late night and effort.
The effort was worth it.
Today, with her degree in hand, Jessica reaffirms that every sacrifice had its reward. “It’s an achievement to have a postgraduate degree, and I thank my family,” she says proudly.
