The Employment Rate of master’s graduates in health sciences and social sciences areas approaches 90% (88.81% and 87.33% respectively) according to the study The labor market integration of master’s graduates, prepared by the Agència per a la Qualitat del Sistema Universitari de Catalunya. And of these, more than half have jobs with functions specific to their degree (51.34%).
The study also links higher earnings to higher education: only 18% of master’s graduates earn around 1,000 euros, the rest have higher salaries. Specifically, more than 30% of people with a master’s degree earn more than 2,000 euros per month.
The more education you have, the more possibilities you have to find employment and work within your field of specialization. In addition, ISEP adds the ISEP Lidera program to the specific master’s training, a professional skills development program to increase the possibilities of employment, promotion, or managing one’s own business.
