ISEP is launching this February, in collaboration with BLC Human Coaching, the new Advanced Program in Executive Coaching. This is a practical course where key tools will be provided to apply coaching methodology in teamwork and/or in the business world.
With this training, you will be able to work as a coach and improve the skills of your employees, patients, team, or your own. You will enhance emotional intelligence and achieve improved results, commitment, and a sense of well-being in any organization.
Additionally, the course is validated by the Spanish Association of Coaching and Process Consulting to be considered in the coach certification process.
