Raimon Gaja: “Attitudes are what matter to stand out in the job market”

The founder and CEO of ISEP Group, Raimon Gaja, has collaborated on the monograph dedicated to transversal competencies published by the training portal Educaweb.com. In his article, Gaja argues that it will be attitudes, rather than aptitudes, that will make a professional stand out in the job market, principles that are worked on at ISEP through the ISEP Lidera program.

On the other hand, the CEO of ISEP Group advocates for self-employment to face future labor challenges, and advises professionals to draw up a roadmap with their defined objectives and work and persevere until they achieve them.

Finally, Raimon Gaja lists the transversal competencies that every professional should possess to achieve success, including the development of emotional intelligence, project management, or the creation of a personal brand, among others.
