The Spanish Foundation for the Promotion and Scientific and Professional Development of Psychology (Psicofundación) has announced the 1st Edition of the Psicofundación Award for Young Entrepreneurial Psychologists 2011. This award, created with the sponsorship of ISEP and Grupo BLC, and with the collaboration of AEDIPE, Capital Humano, and Paradox, will be held annually with the aim of fostering the initiative, creativity, and innovation of young Spanish psychologists.
The Psicofundación Award for Young Entrepreneurial Psychologists is aimed at psychology graduates under 35 years of age who present original projects or ideas related to scientific, technical, or professional activity in any area of psychology. The award has a prize of 6,000 euros, and up to two Special Mentions are foreseen.
The deadline for submitting applications will be open from next Wednesday, June 1st, until Friday, September 30th, 2011. The jury’s decision will be announced before the end of October of the same year.
