Joana Lara Cabrejas is the author of the new dissertation from the Master’s Degree in Music Therapy, ‘Music Therapy as an Intervention in Severe Mental Disorders’, available online in the Dissertation Corner, the ISEP Training space that allows online consultation of the best dissertations by ISEP students.
Cabrejas compiles the 9 works reported in recent years in the most impactful medical publications that refer to the benefit of Music Therapy in the treatment of patients with severe mental disorders. From this compilation, and with the help of her experience as a music therapist intern, she tries to provide observation elements and general criteria to guide the search for solutions and resources.
