ISEP and UNICEF join forces for children
As a collaborating entity for childhood and through the “Multiply for Childhood” program, ISEP is committed to UNICEF and its fight to ensure that children worldwide have better opportunities to live and develop.
As stated in the UNICEF Spanish Committee 2012 Report, year after year millions of lives are saved by working from the roots of extreme poverty. Evidence of this is the reduction of child mortality by more than 40% in the last 20 years.
In Spain, thanks to the support of partners and collaborating companies, such as ISEP, the entity is working to secure the commitment of all parliamentary groups to end the consequences of the crisis for children through the implementation of urgent measures. Specifically, in Catalunya, the first report on childhood in Catalunya has been published, and UNICEF has participated in the process of the Pact for Childhood.
