ISEP signs a collaboration agreement with **Club Deportivo Oliver** to create a **sports psychology department**. It will be composed of a supervising tutor and **coaches** in training from the Master’s in High Performance and Sports Coaching from the Institute. The work to be carried out will be both at a group level in the different categories of the club and individually whenever required by the coach.
The department’s objective will be to **improve performance** on the field, concentration level, and teamwork in the higher categories. And in the lower categories, to help understand sport as an activity to enjoy and grow as individuals. ISEP has set the goal of offering one coach per team and **psychological support** in all matches.
The intervention of the **coach** in clubs like Deportivo Oliver is transversal, jointly addressing and following the same line of action for players, technical staff, players’ family members (especially in the lower categories, with underage footballers), and executives.
