VII Ibero-American Congress of Psychology Concludes

The VII Ibero-American Congress of Psychology, sponsored by ISEP, concluded on July 24. From July 20 to 24, over 1,500 psychology professionals from 24 countries made Oviedo a meeting point for professionals interested in disseminating and sharing the latest scientific developments and advances in the profession.

The Institute occupied a stand to inform the psychologists present about ISEP’s work in promoting continuous training and specialization for psychology professionals.

The congress program included 672 symposia, 593 communications, 10 conferences, and 11 round tables, addressing topics such as gender violence, road safety, school failure, addictive behaviors, sexual abuse, immigration, and eating disorders, among others. Two instructors from ISEP’s training programs also participated in the event: Andrés González and Joaquim Puntí.

Once again, ISEP demonstrates through these sponsorship activities its involvement in the professional updating of psychologists worldwide and its commitment to disseminating its work among the Latin American professional community, having recently opened a delegation in Mexico.
