ISEP promotes the first graduating class of entrepreneurial psychologists, speech therapists, and education professionals

The recession shows that traditional higher education does not increase job opportunities.

ISEP studies the keys to professional success and designs a program to learn how to be an entrepreneur.

Training as a professional involves an economic and time effort that is not profitable today. Traditional university and specialized training for psychologists, education professionals, and speech therapists has become disconnected from the job market and does not guarantee professional integration and success.

Furthermore, cuts in healthcare and education have created an economic situation unable to absorb the high number of inactive professionals in the sector.

ISEP, aware of this reality, has designed the ISEP Lidera program to create new entrepreneurs and unite training and professional fulfillment. The course educates the Institute’s master’s and postgraduate students to be entrepreneurs and multiply their job opportunities.

This 2012-13 academic year will see the first graduating class of entrepreneurial psychologists, education professionals, and speech therapists trained to adapt their professional projects to the current situation.

Developing the ability to reach agreements, improve communication, apply coaching techniques, and foster creativity for innovation are some of the concepts worked on during the course.

Students of the Institution who benefit from the ISEP Lidera program develop the ability to reach agreements in negotiations, increase their skills to effectively communicate a professional project, and are trained in coaching techniques applied to their professional sector.
