This 2011 will feature a new edition of the Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology. It is one of ISEP’s most in-demand specializations because it has a 100% updated curriculum and 500 hours of hospital clinical internships, supervised by professionals with proven experience.
The practice of Clinical Neuropsychology requires a specific set of knowledge from various areas of psychology and medicine that allows for the evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention in cognitive and neurobehavioral alterations observable in a patient with focal or diffuse brain dysfunction or damage. In response to this fact, ISEP has programmed this biennial master’s program, which bridges the gap between knowledge derived from basic neurosciences (neuroanatomy, neurochemistry, neurophysiology, neuropharmacology, etc.), the psychology of cognitive processes (attention, memory, language, gnosis, etc.), the psychology of behavior-emotion, and the evaluation and intervention techniques that clinicians use in their daily practice.
