ISEP Clínic talks about routine on Radio Nacional de España
Marc Clemente, psychologist at the ISEP Clínic center in Terrassa, participated in the discussion panel last Sunday, September 5, on the program No es un día cualquiera, hosted by Pepa Fernández. The topic was the return to routine, which Marc Clemente discussed alongside other professionals such as Carmen García, ESCI lecturer, and Ignacio Buqueras, president of the National Commission for the Rationalization of Spanish Timetables.
Recently, Clemente also collaborated with other media outlets to reframe the concept of post-holiday syndrome and highlight the benefits that returning to routine provides to our mind and body.
