On many occasions, the academic training received is not enough to achieve success. Knowing ‘what to do’ is not enough to stand out; it is necessary to know ‘how to do it’. ISEP Lidera is the comprehensive training for future successful professionals: it is the indispensable complement that teaches how to stand out in the job market and become a reference professional.

The program is offered free of charge to ISEP students. This way, they acquire the professional and transversal competencies necessary to stand out in the workplace:
