The information published on the site is for informational and guidance purposes. Universidad ISEP may update programs, requirements, costs, promotions, calendars, benefits, and conditions at any time.
The definitive information applicable to each interested party will be that confirmed in writing by Universidad ISEP or its authorized advisors.

Submitting a form or contacting an advisor does not guarantee admission, enrollment, scholarship, or place reservation.
4. Programs and Modalities
Universidad ISEP may offer:
- Preparatoria
- Bachelor's Degrees
- Master's Degrees (Master's Degrees)
- Master's Programs (Masteres)
- Diplomas
- Cursos
- Webinars
- Talleres
- Other training programs
Some programs may have official recognition, while others correspond to institutional proprietary degrees.
5. Difference between Master and Master's Degree
- Master:Specialization training with an institutional proprietary degree.
- Master's Degree:Postgraduate program that, when expressly indicated, has official recognition applicable to the corresponding program.
6. Scholarships, Promotions, and Discounts
Scholarships and promotions are managed directly by authorized admissions staff. Support may exist depending on the program, validity, and campaign conditions.
Scholarships:
- Are not cumulative, unless expressly authorized
- Have a defined validity period
- Are subject to internal validation
- Apply only to tuition fees
- Do not include degree issuance, official procedures, or additional administrative costs
7. Payments and Additional Costs
Optional costs related to degree issuance, document issuance, procedures, certificates, legalizations, apostilles, or other administrative services will be informed within the virtual campus when the student requests or contracts the corresponding product or service.
Because these products and services are optional, their amount and conditions will be communicated to the student only when they decide to initiate the purchase or contracting process. Scholarships do not cover these concepts, unless expressly indicated in writing.
8. Degree Issuance
The issuance of degrees, certificates, or diplomas is subject to compliance with the academic, administrative, documentary, and economic requirements applicable to the corresponding program.
When issuance depends on external authorities or institutions, timelines will be subject to their respective processes, requirements, and calendars.
9. Virtual Campus and Materials
Access to the campus, materials, and academic resources is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to:
- Share credentials
- Reproduce materials without authorization
- Distribute academic content outside the authorized environment
- Use resources for unauthorized commercial purposes
10. Cancellations, Personalized Products, and Refunds
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, except in cases where there is an applicable legal obligation or an error attributable to Universidad ISEP.
Personalized products or those made at the user's request, including but not limited to diplomas, certificates, transcripts, degrees, duplicates, and other personalized documents, cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once their validation, preparation, issuance, or management has begun.
In case of an issuance error attributable to Universidad ISEP, the corresponding correction or replacement will be made at no additional cost to the user.
Academic or administrative withdrawals will be processed in accordance with institutional regulations and the specific conditions accepted during the enrollment process, without this automatically generating a right to return or refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
Universidad ISEP does not guarantee specific academic, employment, professional, or economic results derived from the use of the site or the contracting of its services.
12. Modifications
Universidad ISEP may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on the website.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory regulations applicable in the user's place of residence or to the corresponding program.
